While you are welcome to get involved with other ministries in the St. John church family, there are five specific ways for young adults to get involved:
Wednesday night community: This is the best way to get to know other young adults as we share the gospel and life together. We meet regularly from 8pm to 10ish in the youth center at St. John.
Become a youth leader: Make an eternal difference in the life of middle or high school ministries. Consider joining our team that is praying for, serving, and discipling teenagers in Roanoke.
Become a mission activist: Get involved with our justice and mission ministries through St. John locally or globally. Mentor a youth, serve the poor, help the hungry, or come up with our next best idea.
Worship and Arts: Serve others with your creative gifts in worship or youth ministries. We are seeking creative ways to express the gospel through music, arts, and drama.
Find a mentor: Our twenties can be a confusing time filled with lots of transition. If you need prayer or counsel, we would like to connect you with a Christ-centered adult who can walk down that road with you.
