[Children's Ministry]  [Nursery Assistant]  [Nursery Upkeep]
[Children's Chapel]  [Children's Choir]  [Easter]  [Family]  [Mothers]

Children Celebrate Pentecost Sunday

The Children's Ministry Team:

Members explore and oversee ways to minister to children (birth to 5th grade) and their families.  To provide educational opportunities for parents that will enhance their ability to create Christ-centered families.

With the exception of the Children's Choirs, the following ministries fall under the supervision of the Children's Ministry Team.

Nursery Assistant:

Along with the nursery staff person, provide care for infants through four year olds during worship time.  We need both adults and youth in 6th grade or older.

Nursery Upkeep Ministry:

Work with the nursery staff and sexton to make our nursery a cleaner, safer place; periodically go through toys and discard toys no longer in good repair; wash and sanitize toys and other items.

Children's Chapel:

The Children's Chapel Development Team research, gather resources, call together people interested in drama, music, puppetry, etc., to bring new dimension to this ministry to children ages 4 through 3rd grade in an effort to make the Word more alive and church more exciting them.
Additional information.

Children's Choir:

The Children's Choir is for children ages 4 through 5th grade.  The choir is led by our Minister of Children's Music, Ann Kelley.
Additional information.

Children's Easter Celebration:

These team members serve as overall coordinators for this event in conjunction with the Children's Ministry Team Leaders; or serve as support to help set up and/or clean up areas of the church; purchase necessary supplies, etc.

Special Family Events:

These team members will assist in planning and organizing special family events.  There may be times for education, fellowship or both.

Mothers' Morning Out, Play groups, Cradle Roll, etc:

Many new ministries exist as possibilities if someone has the heart for taking on leadership for them.  Please discuss any new ideas with the staff.
