Office Receptionist:

These ministry members answer the phone, greet people, sometimes make reminder phone calls, and perhaps do simple office chores as they feel comfortable.

Newsletter Assembly Team:

Two teams alternate preparing our monthly newsletter for mailing:  folding, taping, affixing mailing labels, sorting and bundling for bulk mail.  One team meets on Tuesday afternoons and one team meets on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 a.m.  Call the office for the schedule.

Newsletter Mailing Ministry:

This ministry is to take the prepared newsletter downtown to the main post office for processing after the newsletters are prepared for mailing.

Bulletin Assembly:

You will come in on occasional Fridays to "stuff" bulletins with necessary inserts.  This can be done Thursday morning or afternoon.

Special Skills Ministry:

If you are familiar with computers, there are a variety of ways we could utilize your skills.  If you would like to learn to operate our duplicating equipment and/or booklet maker, we would welcome your help with weekly or special projects.

Special Projects Ministry:

Members of this ministry are called on an occasional basis for preparation of large mailings or other projects.

Music Filing:

If you like to work in the music office filing and/or stamping music, Barbara Fraticelli and MarLane Knuppel, our Ministers of Music, would welcome your help on a regular or occasional basis.  This would be several hours per week or when you are available.

Caller Ministry Team:

Help support various ministries by making phone calls from home on an occasional and as needed basis to notify members of events or circumstances.

Wedding Coordinator:

This team works with the staff to become familiar with our wedding guidelines and procedures and then assists the staff in working with wedding couples to insure the plans they are making are within the parameters of those guidelines;  assist the presiding pastor at the rehearsal and on the day of the wedding as your availability allows.
